Senegal’s presidential elections – Wade v Sall?

In Senegal, unofficial tallies are pointing to an election run-off between incumbent President Abdoulaye Wade and opposition candidate Macky Sall. Wade previously said he expected to win in the first round of elections with a landslide. Issaka Souaré, a senior researcher specialising in West Africa at the Institute for Security Studies in Pretoria, spoke  about the implications of the results. (first broadcast on RFI)
